Ozzie starting playing drums at age 11. Having studied at New York's Drummer's Collective under Kim Plainfield as well with two great teachers in New Jersey, Keith Necessary and Gloria Gaynor's drummer Pat Patrillo, Ozzie was taught the importance of groove. In 2012 he formed Stereo Junkies fueled by the vision of creating a cover band that would play a wide selection of songs much like ones own Ipod or Spotify mix. By seeking out other musicians with diverse musical backgrounds and musical experiences, Stereo Junkies Band has created a live show experience that infuses Rock, Hip Hop, Classic Rock as well as Pop and Motown. Stereo Junkies band plays each event with one goal in mind....to keep people dancing!
